Leave your desk, get out of the office and dance-walk around the city of Hamilton at Move More- Dance Walk on Wednesday, October 5th
**UPDATE: Has been rescheduled from previous date (September 21st), due to inclement weather.
Starting 12pm at the Ministry of Health Headquaters, you can join in anywhere along the route at a number of dancing pit stops, and shake a leg or 5 minutes, or continue to the end!
The pit stops will be at the corner of Church and Parliament Street, corner of Church and Court Street, corner of Front and Queen Street, corner of Reid street and Burnaby Hill, and at the entrance to the Washington Mall on Church Street. So get up and get moving for your health!
There is no cost to participate, or need to sign-up.
