Project 100 will proudly present a Complimentary Showing of Becoming Bulletproof on Tuesday, October 11th
Starting at 7.30pm within the Tradewinds Auditorium at the BUEI, this heart-warming documentary follows the making of a rip-roaring western costume drama, featuring a diverse group of disabled people from across the United States.
Every year at Zeno Mountain Farm, actors with and without disabilities, meet to write, produce and star in an original short film... and you can follow their journey. Don't miss your chance to see this moving documentary, as one actor says: “I do not want pity because I have a disability, I just want to be understood, I want disability to have a seat at the table in pop culture”. Click here to view the trailer.
Project 100 is a registered charity whose mission is "To foster and develop an awareness of the needs of the mentally challenged (or learning disabled) population in Bermuda; to raise funds for the sole use of eliminating or reducing their needs."
This is a free event, although seating will be limited.
There will also be a cash bar, with beverages available for purchase before the film starts.
