The charming old town of St. George’s will be magical at the annual Bermuda National Trust Christmas Walkabout on Friday, December 2nd.
Running from 6pm until 9pm, the excitement and romantic yesteryear elegance that the Trust brings to St. George’s should not be missed.
There will be entertainment throughout the town and refreshments will be served at various locations marked on a map that will be distributed on the evening. Children can meet Santa and make Christmas crafts at the Edith Clair Spencer Hall.
The Trust’s Walkabout has become a popular community event with the generous support of volunteer musicians, dancers, singers and school groups marking the start of the Christmas season.
The public are invited to explore some of the oldest continually occupied buildings in the New World which will be decorated and candle lit for the event. Old favourites such as the Old Rectory, Samaritans’ Lodge, Buckingham, Tucker House and the Globe Hotel will also be open on the evening. King's Square will have a host of dancers and musicians for your entertainment.
This festive event is free.
