There is no better expert on sustainable food culture than Tom Wadson, head farmer and owner of Wadson's Farm. His passion for local food culture is infectious as he guides you through a decades-long history of farming on the Island. Plus the behind-the-scenes greenhouses and animal housing experience is perfect for the whole family.
