Calling all young Van Goghs - express yourself at the December Art Studio, running from Monday to Friday, December 19th to 23rd.
The camp projects will be designed for Junior Artists in Primary 2 to 5) or Senior Artists in Primary 6 or in Year 7 and 8). Distinct projects will be offered for the various ages. The two groups of students will be located in the same classroom but may have variations in their projects and / or materials.
From 8.30am until 3pm each day in the Bermuda High School Art Room, projects will include printmaking, watercolour, gouache, drawing, acrylic painting, paper mache sculpture, wire and model magic sculpture, mixed media collage and assemblage, weaving, felting, embroidery, and anything else they dream up.
The camp will be led by Louisa Bermingham BFA, MAT, an art teacher with 18 years of experience currently teaching Art at BHS.
The cost is $330 per child.
